Unopened

If a bottle is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number. Return shipping is paid by you unless we sent the wrong item or a damaged sealed box.

Opened

Opened fragrance cannot be returned, except where the product is defective, unsafe, or not as described.

Wrong or damaged

If we sent the wrong bottle, or it arrived broken, WhatsApp photos within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original Paystack method. Timing depends on your bank. This policy does not affect rights you have under Nigerian consumer law, including for goods that are defective or not as described.
