We ship across Nigeria. Lagos orders typically 1–2 working days after payment. Abuja and other major cities 2–4 working days. Other states 3–6 working days. These are working days after we hand the parcel to the courier, not including weekends or public holidays.

Door delivery is the default. Terminal pickup (GIG or partner centre) is cheaper where offered — choose it at checkout and we'll send the centre details on WhatsApp.

Bottles are glass. We double-box and mark parcels fragile. If the outer box arrives crushed, photograph it before opening and WhatsApp us within 24 hours.

Shipping is calculated from your state at checkout (table below). We review courier tariffs periodically; the checkout amount is what you pay. Default courier is GIG Logistics. We do not offer DHL air for perfume in v1.

If you chose Lagos pickup, we'll confirm a studio or GIG centre on WhatsApp after payment.
